With the global spreading of the COVID-19 (Corona Virus), at vCloud we have been working on what we can do to ensure the continuity of your business.

WHAT IS SECONDARY PROTOCOL?
The Secondary Protocol is part of your cloud subscription and is one of the contingency that was put into place before your network was deployed in the cloud. it is also a part of our business continuity program of zero downtime.

As your business is in our cloud network, we can enable your staff to work remotely away from your office whether they do or do not have the virus.

It also means, if there are future plans from the Australian Government is to “lockdown” for a period of time, to slow down or potentially stop the spread of COVID-19, you can ensure that you are able to give your staff the ability to continue to work like as if you are in your office.

If you are enabled in our vCloud network with the following functionality:

  1. Cloud Network
  2. Phone System
  3. Unified Email Threat Management (UETM)
  4. Website Intelligent Threat Protection (WITP)
  5. Microsoft Exchange

Then your business and staff are fully enabled for remote access.
